These terms govern your purchase of digital and physical products from Aanya Kapoor ("the Creator") via this store (https://www.vyrel.io/aanya), powered by Creator OS. By placing an order you agree to them.

What you're buying — Each product page describes what's included. Digital products (courses, guides, memberships, 1:1 sessions) are delivered online; physical products are shipped to the address you provide. Access or delivery begins after successful payment.

Payment — Payments are processed securely by our payment partner (Razorpay for India; international card payments via Stripe are coming soon). Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes where required. You confirm the payment details you use are your own.

Your responsibilities — Keep your access private, don't resell or redistribute paid content, and use the store lawfully. The Creator may suspend access for abuse, chargeback fraud, or breach of these terms.

Liability — Products are provided on an "as is" basis for personal use. To the extent permitted by law, the Creator's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Contact & disputes — Questions or complaints? Raise an issue with the Creator directly at https://www.vyrel.io/aanya/support. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts there unless local consumer law provides otherwise.

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for purchases from Aanya Kapoor via this store (https://www.vyrel.io/aanya).

Digital products — Because digital products (courses, guides, downloads, memberships) are delivered instantly, they are generally non-refundable once accessed. If a product is faulty, was not delivered, or was not as described, you are entitled to a fix or a refund — just raise an issue within 7 days.

Memberships & subscriptions — You can cancel a recurring membership any time; you keep access until the end of the paid period, and you won't be charged again. Part-used periods are not pro-rated unless required by law.

Physical products — Report damaged, defective, or wrong items within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Return shipping arrangements will be confirmed when your issue is approved.

1:1 sessions — Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before a booked session for a full refund or free reschedule; later cancellations may not be refundable.

How to request — Raise an issue at https://www.vyrel.io/aanya/support with your order details. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.

Aanya Kapoor respects your privacy. This notice explains what we collect when you use this store (https://www.vyrel.io/aanya) and how we use it, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect — Your name and email (to deliver your purchase and send order updates), your phone number if you provide it (for order or WhatsApp updates you opt into), a shipping address for physical orders, and payment confirmation from our payment partner. We do not see or store your full card or UPI credentials — those are handled by the payment processor.

How we use it — Only to fulfil your order, provide support, and — where you opted in — send you updates about new drops and live events. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention & security — We keep your data only as long as needed for the purchase, tax and legal requirements, then delete it. Data is handled on secure infrastructure.

Your rights — You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, or withdraw consent to marketing, at any time. To exercise a right or file a grievance, contact the Creator at https://www.vyrel.io/aanya/support and they will respond within the timelines the law requires.
