1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use Creator OS.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorised use.

3. Creators, buyers & our role

Creator OS is a technology platform. Creators are solely responsible for the products, content, pricing, delivery, and claims they publish. Buyers contract with the creator, not with us, for the goods or services purchased. We are not a party to that transaction except as a payment facilitator and platform provider.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Creator OS to:

• publish unlawful, infringing, obscene, or misleading content, or content prohibited under the IT Rules, 2021;
• sell counterfeit, illegal, or regulated goods/services without authorisation;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others;
• upload malware, attempt to breach security, scrape, or disrupt the service;
• impersonate others or engage in fraud, spam, or harassment.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

5. Payments, fees & taxes

Payments are processed through our payment partner. Applicable platform fees are shown before you transact. Prices are inclusive of applicable GST where indicated; tax invoices are issued per Indian GST rules. Creators are responsible for their own tax obligations on their earnings.

6. Intellectual property

The Creator OS platform, brand, and software are owned by StarvoxLabs Pvt. Ltd.. Creators retain ownership of content they upload and grant us a limited licence to host, display, and deliver it to operate the service.

7. Refunds & cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refunds & Cancellations policy and the individual creator's stated policy.

8. Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties. We do not endorse and are not responsible for creator content or third-party links.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or applicable law, with notice where practicable.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the grievance process, courts at Mumbai, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
